A recognised padel expert with over 20 years of experience in all areas of the sector, from retail to brand building and product development. Former Director of Padel Product Development at Decathlon and Group Marketing Leader at Babolat, I combine strategic vision with practical expertise in the market and its products.

With over 50 years of experience with a racket in my hand, it has become much more than a sport, evolving into university studies (History of the Evolution of the Tennis Racket) at the University of Paris La Sorbonne, followed by a professional career in retail, from sales assistant to Director of Commercial Offerings for Padel, including Linear Merchandising, and for more than 20 years now, in various marketing departments for racket sports and padel brands such as Artengo, Vision/Padel Lobb, Dunlop and now Babolat.
Padel has become a real passion for me, which has led me to study its historical evolution, market, pro players, actors and products in depth. It is a passion that I now share through training courses, conferences, workshops and meetings with investors.

Since childhood, racket sports have shaped my life — first through tennis, where I combined sport, studies, and competition, and later through padel, which I discovered in Barcelona in 2002. From that moment, I gradually shifted my focus from tennis to fully dedicate myself to padel: understanding its market, products, and dynamics in order to contribute to its global growth and product development.
Over the years, I have developed an in-depth knowledge of the industry, its players, and the products that define it. My more than 10 years of experience in the retail sector at Decathlon strengthened my expertise in sales and product strategy. Since 2011, I have held key positions in renowned padel brands such as Vision/Padel Lobb, Dunlop, and most recently Babolat, where I specialized in product marketing and business development.
